Luke Grimes is an American musician and actor. He's appeared in several popular movies and television series like American Sniper Fifty Shades of Grey and Yellowstone. Luke Grimes is best known for his work in the critically acclaimed documentary American Sniper the Fifty Shades movie series and in the drama series Yellowstone (2018-present). Grimes is the son of a Pentecostal pastors in Dayton Ohio. Grimes was a 2002 graduate from Dayton Christian High School. Luke Timothy Grimes was born Jan. 21st, 1984 in Dayton Ohio U.S. Randy Grimes, a Pentecostal minister as well as Angie Barker are his parents. Luke Grimes is the son of Randy Grimes who is a Pentecostal pastor, and Angie Barker. There are three sisters: Racheal Abby Grimes and Seth Grimes. His family is an extended family who is traditional. He attended Dayton Christian High School. Luke graduated from Dayton Christian High School at the age of 22 in 2002. Then, he moved from Dayton to New York City, where he pursued his acting dream. The American Academy of Dramatic Arts was where Luke spent two years of his studies. To develop his musical talents the guitarist also participated in classes and singing.
